Role: NASCO Senior Solution Architect/Solution Consultant Location: Boston, MA (Remote) Duration: long term contract Required Skills: Minimum 12+ years of overall IT experience. 10+ years of solution architecture or enterprise architecture experience, including 8+ years with NASCO healthcare payer platforms. At least 5 years of healthcare experience with deep knowledge of payer business processes and complex payer ecosystems. Experience leading multiple full-lifecycle NASCO implementations and large-scale SaaS/cloud implementations, including adoption and optimization strategies. Experience in customer-facing technical, solution consulting, or technical sales roles within enterprise B2B environments. Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent projects, schedules, stakeholders, risks, and deliverables under pressure. Knowledge and Capabilities: Advanced analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, consultative influence, communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to varied business and technical audiences. Proficiency with SaaS products, cloud and integration patterns, data and analytics, data modeling, databases, technical documentation, training, and business value articulation.
