Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Brilliant is hiring a full-time Account Coordinator to support public relations accounts for consumer-focused brands. The role assists with media and influencer outreach, coverage monitoring, research, and account coordination while building relationships with media outlets and influencers.

Responsibilities

• Work within the framework of a supportive team that will depend upon you in executing fundamental account tasks, including
• Media and influencer list building
• Entering and confirming sample requests
• Calendar invites and call notes
• Coverage monitoring
• Inbound influencer and media inquiries
• Pitching local, regional and national media
• Research projects
• Builds and maintains strong media relationships with print, online, and broadcast outlets
• Builds strong relationships with key influencers across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube to secure earned coverage

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for staying ahead of trends
• Familiarity with Cision, Muck Rack, TV Eyes or comparable platforms
• 1-2 years of internship experience in the consumer good PR industry
• Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
