The Account Executive will acquire biopharma and genomics clients, manage sales opportunities, present tailored solutions, and help grow the company’s reach and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales initiatives to acquire new clients in the biopharma and genomics sectors
• Utilize HubSpot to manage the sales pipeline and track customer interactions effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of the company's offerings
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and relationship building
• Provide feedback to the product team based on client interactions to inform future developments
• Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company’s reach

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the life sciences, healthcare, or technology sectors
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth
• Strong proficiency in using HubSpot or similar CRM tools for sales management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Experience selling to biopharma or genomics companies, with a solid understanding of their unique challenges and needs
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in the healthcare industry
• Background in life sciences or a related field, enhancing technical credibility with clients
