Nuvant Consulting Group is hiring an Account Sales Coordinator to grow its client base by engaging potential clients and guiding them toward tailored financial solutions. The role qualifies leads, supports prospects through early sales stages and onboarding, and tracks sales activity in the CRM.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach and respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients
• Qualify leads and identify opportunities to present relevant services
• Guide prospects through the initial stages of the sales cycle, including needs assessment and product recommendations
• Support clients through onboarding and ensure a smooth handoff to internal service teams
• Maintain accurate tracking of leads, calls, emails, and conversions in the CRM

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to meet and exceed performance goals
• High school diploma or college degree preferred
• Experience in sales, business development, or client outreach a plus but not required
