Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Univedge Consulting LLC is hiring a Business Process Analyst to document and analyze processes related to its Enterprise System. The role works with stakeholders across departments to map current workflows, recommend improvements, and maintain process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct working sessions with stakeholders to understand current processes
• Document end-to-end current state processes including decision points, systems, inputs and outputs
• Utilize tools like Lucid chart to create detailed process maps, including swim lanes to visually represent workflows and responsibilities across teams or departments
• Identify process variations across teams, segments, or functions
• Identify bottlenecks, unclear ownership, duplicated effort, manual work, and process gaps
• Evaluate opportunities to simplify and standardize processes
• Partner with stakeholders to develop future-state process recommendations
• Highlight opportunities for automation, improved reporting, or stronger process governance
• Create standardized process documentation
• Maintain an organized repository of process maps and supporting documentation
• Collaborate with multiple areas of the organization to document processes related to our Enterprise System
• Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure accurate and efficient workflows
• Comfortable leading meetings with stakeholders to document process

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years' experience
• Experience in Lucid Chart or Visio
• Experience in Process Mapping
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable leading meetings with stakeholders to document process
• Individuals with Industrial Engineering like backgrounds would be ideal
• Excel, Salesforce, Confluence, SharePoint
