Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Weast Group powered by PLACE is hiring a Director of Sales to combine personal real estate production with team leadership. The role involves serving clients and closing transactions while supporting sales leadership, coaching, agent development, onboarding, and team accountability.

Responsibilities

• Continue managing your own real estate business, including lead follow-up, prospecting, appointments, clients, and transactions
• Work directly with team operators to support day-to-day sales leadership
• Help lead team calls, sales meetings, and team accountability sessions
• Assist operators with coaching and training lessons
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and development to newer team members
• Help newer agents develop effective lead-generation, follow-up, and conversion habits
• Share proven strategies, experiences, and best practices with the team
• Monitor and encourage team accountability and follow-through
• Assist with onboarding and development of new agents
• Identify opportunities to improve team performance, processes, and agent development
• Maintain your own production and lead-generation activities while contributing to the overall success of the team
• Utilize team technology, CRM systems, and established processes

Skills

• Experienced, licensed Texas real estate agent
• Active Texas Real Estate License — Required
• Demonstrated real estate sales experience — Required
• Full-time availability — Required
• Proven track record of success in real estate sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, or develop others
• Comfortable leading team meetings, calls, and training sessions
• Strong understanding of lead generation, follow-up, and sales conversion
• Highly organized and capable of managing personal production alongside leadership responsibilities
• Self-motivated, accountable, and results-oriented
• Coachable and willing to collaborate with team operators
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and hold others accountable
• Intended for an experienced, currently licensed Texas real estate agent
