The role supports strategic decision-making through financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, revenue, expenses, and business performance
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Develop financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses
• Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions
• Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, and business teams
• Monitor key financial metrics and prepare management presentations
• Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and advanced functions
• Experience with financial reporting and data analysis tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and present findings clearly
• Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Knowledge of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes
• Experience with SQL or other data analysis tools is an advantage
