Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TTEC is hiring a remote HealthCare Customer Service Representative to support customers with questions and service issues. The role involves responding to incoming communications, researching answers, and resolving customer issues while maintaining patient privacy.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming communications from customers
• Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues

Skills

• 6 months or more of customer service experience
• Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy (just as you would expect if it were your private information being shared)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer experience
• High speed internet (> 15 mbps)
• Smart phone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad etc.) for your daily log-in
• While we recommend a USB wired headset, if you have a headset already, you may be able to use that (except for Bluetooth headsets)
