Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ascyndent is seeking a Hyland OnBase Application Administrator to configure, maintain, and upgrade OnBase components and environments. The role also develops document workflows and integrates OnBase with core company systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure core OnBase components, including Document Types, Keywords, Document Import Processors (DIP), Scan Queues, COLD/EDP configs, Unity Forms, and WorkView applications
• Build, modify, and optimize complex document lifecycle workflows and business process automation solutions via OnBase Studio
• Maintain, patch, and upgrade OnBase client/server software across multiple hosting tiers, including Development, UAT, and Production environments
• Establish and maintain robust data integration channels between OnBase and core company modules (such as SAP, Salesforce, or PeopleSoft) using API configurations (RESTful/SOAP), .NET scripts, or native Hyland connectors

Skills

• 5+ years of business or technical analyst type work such as eliciting end user requirements, documenting business processes, and requirements analysis
• Experience with electronic content management storage and workflow systems is required
• Prior banking experience is required
• Experience working in a shared service environment where business area colleagues are your clients
• Detail oriented and strong communicator
• Extensive prior experience in ECM management
• Preferably Fiserv Nautilus (or Hyland OnBase)
• Experience with application programming interfaces is a plus
• OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA) is a huge plus
