Recruiters manage requisitions, build candidate pipelines, and guide candidates through the hiring process to successful placements.

Responsibilities

• Source, engage, screen, and qualify candidates for a variety of direct-hire opportunities
• Manage multiple open requisitions across different industries and skill sets
• Build strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies
• Keep candidates engaged and moving through the hiring process
• Collaborate with our team to help fill positions and make placements!

Skills

• Agency recruiting experience
• Hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
• Strong sourcing skills and the ability to identify hard-to-find talent
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working independently
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
• A competitive mindset, strong work ethic, and the drive to MAKE THINGS HAPPEN
• Someone who understands that recruiting takes consistency, persistence, and hustle!
• Experience using Loxo ATS
• Experience recruiting across multiple industries, particularly engineering, construction, manufacturing, operations, and sales
• An established candidate network
