Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Panoramic Strategy is hiring a Lead Consultant (Lead Bookkeeper) to oversee bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping for its clients. The role involves preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, supporting financial reporting, and collaborating with internal teams and clients on strategic financial goals.

Responsibilities

• The Lead Consultant will oversee and manage bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accurate journal entries
• The role also entails the use of accounting software to manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile accounts, and assist in financial reporting
• The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams and clients to support strategic financial goals

Skills

• Strong proficiency in Bookkeeping and expertise in maintaining accurate financial records
• Experience in compiling and analyzing Financial Statements
• Skills in Finance and Journal Entries, including posting and reviewing transactions
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Exemplary communication skills with the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with team members in a remote environment
• Experience working with nonprofits or social enterprises
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience with QuickBooks or Bill.com a plus
• Experience with implementing new accounting software and processes for efficient financial operations a plus
• Experience in public accounting or other professional services organization a plus
