Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MindSource is seeking a Law Enforcement Response Analyst to review and process legal requests from law enforcement agencies and civil subpoenas. The role focuses on accurate, compliant request handling, stakeholder coordination, case documentation, and improving operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, index, and process legal requests, including subpoenas, warrants, court orders, and other law enforcement requests
• Analyze complex and lengthy legal documents to identify request requirements and determine appropriate next steps
• Ensure requests are handled in accordance with applicable laws, internal policies, terms of service, and data privacy guidelines
• Communicate with law enforcement agencies and external stakeholders through email and telephone
• Coordinate with internal Legal, Compliance, Trust & Safety, Information Security, and Investigations teams
• Maintain accurate case records, documentation, and request tracking systems
• Manage a high volume of time-sensitive requests while meeting quality and productivity standards
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency
• Develop, document, and implement scalable policies and standard operating procedures
• Provide support to attorneys, investigators, and cross-functional teams

Skills

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in legal operations, law enforcement response, subpoena processing, compliance, investigations, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to review and interpret legal documents accurately
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines
• Experience collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
• Commitment to confidentiality, data privacy, and procedural compliance
• Experience processing subpoenas, warrants, court orders, or government information requests
• Familiarity with legal processes, privacy requirements, and data protection practices
• Experience in technology, fintech, financial services, compliance, or Trust & Safety operations
• Experience with case management systems, request tracking tools, and process documentation
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes and develop standard operating procedures
