BairesDev is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to build and manage automated email and nurture programs across the customer funnel. The role focuses on platform configuration, personalized campaigns, program optimization, and performance reporting in collaboration with demand generation and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage automated email workflows including lead nurture, onboarding, and re-engagement campaigns
• Configure and maintain marketing automation platform settings, integrations, and data flows
• Develop dynamic content and segmentation rules to personalize communications based on user behavior and attributes
• Perform regular audits of automation programs to identify gaps, errors, and opportunities for optimization
• Collaborate with demand generation and sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and CRM data accuracy
• Track automation program performance and report on metrics such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in marketing automation or email marketing
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or ActiveCampaign
• Experience building multi-step automated workflows and behavioral trigger campaigns
• Understanding of CRM integration and lead management processes
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple active programs simultaneously
