Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Green Pest Solutions is hiring a Pest Control Customer Service Representative to support customers and field technicians. The role handles customer inquiries, service scheduling and updates, account administration, reporting, and dispatch support across multiple communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Answer and make up to 100+ phone calls per day, assisting customers with service questions, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Deliver 5-star customer service across phone, email, and other communication channels
• Manage data entry, account updates, service requests, and cancellations in our customer management system
• Create and review Excel-based reports and service logs
• Provide support to field technicians by managing dispatch, scheduling, and customer updates
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements
• Maintain professionalism and empathy during customer interactions

Skills

• 3+  years of experience in customer service or call center role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar      and tone
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
• Ability  to multitask and prioritize in a busy, fast-paced setting
• A positive, team-first attitude and strong problem-solving skills
