Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MyDataProduct owns and operates Deion, a tool for creating YouTube thumbnails. The Product Marketing & Sales Intern will support customer research, marketing campaigns, go-to-market operations, customer communications, and product marketing content.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and document ODI-based customer interviews
• Plan, execute, and quantify the impact of product marketing campaigns
• Support market/segment research and selection
• Attend in-person product marketing and sales events
• Support multi-channel go-to-market (GTM) operations
• Initiate and manage communications with customers across various market segments
• Research, write, and edit product copy and microcopy
• Explain new features in easy-to-understand language
• Leverage AI tools to drive high-value product marketing and sales outcomes
• Support the extraction of marketing insights from customer discovery, usability testing, and other customer/user research and analysis
• Drive community building and engagement efforts thorough online channels
• Write and edit product marketing content such as blogs, newsletters, FAQs, and social media posts
• Collaborate with product designers, data product engineers, and other team members
• Proactively identify and present opportunities to improve product marketing and sales operations
• Collaborate with teammates using Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and other software
