The Product Support Representative will support residential water heater products by assisting homeowners, contractors, plumbers, and service technicians, troubleshooting product issues, documenting interactions, and providing a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot water heater and plumbing-related product issues by phone
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone with a professional and welcoming attitude
• Offer product guidance, answer questions, and troubleshoot basic issues
• Handle inbound calls in a timely manner and manage outbound calls as necessary
• Serve as the communication link between customers and internal teams
• Manage and update customer data by entering and editing customer information
• Document feedback, recurring issues, and customer suggestions
• Follow communication scripts provided while handling various technical topics and issues
• Ensure positive and informed customer experience every time
• Stay up to date on product features and policies

• A reliable high speed internet connection is essential for this remote position
• Previous remote customer service experience preferred
• Bi-lingual skills a plus but not required (Spanish or French)
