[Remote] Program Manager – Loop (Patient)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Lorven Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead delivery of the Loop (Patient) initiative. The role oversees stakeholders, cross-functional workstreams, program risks, reporting, and change adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead Program Delivery: Own and drive the full lifecycle delivery of the Loop (Patient) initiative, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all program stakeholders, including clinical, technical, and business teams. Build and maintain strong relationships
- Complexity Navigation: Assess and resolve complex program risks, issues, and dependencies while maintaining momentum and focus on deliverables
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate multiple workstreams and facilitate communication between onshore, offshore, and third-party teams
- Reporting & Communication: Provide regular status updates and executive briefings, with clear articulation of progress, risks, and mitigation plans
- Change Management: Champion change initiatives and ensure adoption of new processes and technologies across the organization
- Travel: Must be able to travel to the Chicago office and/or partner locations more than five times per month as required by program needs
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- 8+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 5 years managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in healthcare, technology, or related industries
- Demonstrated success steering large programs through ambiguity and complexity
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced degree preferred
