(BGS) is an engineering, technology, and security firm supporting government programs, national laboratories, national security facilities, nuclear operations, and complex projects. The Project Data Engineer III will develop and maintain project data integration solutions, automated workflows, reporting tools, dashboards, and applications while collaborating with technical teams to ensure accurate and reliable project information.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, integrate, and improve project data integration solutions that connect information from multiple projects, engineering, and business systems
• Design and support automated data workflows, reporting tools, dashboards, and applications that provide accurate and timely project information
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and other functional teams to identify data requirements and develop solutions that support project execution and decision-making
• Monitor data quality, troubleshoot integration issues, and implement improvements to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of project data
• Maintain technical documentation and support the continuous improvement of data processes, reporting standards, and integration tools
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager

Skills

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in a technical field, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project data management, data engineering, software development, or a related technical field
• Experience developing and maintaining project data, automated workflows, databases, reporting solutions, or similar data-driven applications
• Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools, database technologies, and data transformation or integration processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify data issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and develop practical solutions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support data needs across complex technical projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, project management, technical teams, and other stakeholders
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security access badge
