Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Symplicity Brasil is hiring a QA Analyst to support the development and delivery of high-quality, end-to-end software solutions. The role focuses on creating and executing manual and automated tests, tracking issues, maintaining regression tests and documentation, and collaborating with product, design, and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Create, execute, and monitor test cases to ensure consistent, high-quality releases with minimal defects
• Create and maintain automated API tests
• Develop automated tests using Playwright
• Document and track issues clearly, accurately, and in detail
• Maintain and execute regression tests to prevent unintended impacts on existing functionality
• Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to ensure the quality of software releases
• Create and maintain test documentation
• Contribute to the development of communication and training materials for new product releases

Skills

• A curious, proactive individual with a willingness to learn, an interest in understanding the business, and a passion for investigating issues, improving user experience, and collaborating with different teams
• Strong communication skills to report bugs, understand requirements, and collaborate effectively with the development team
• Experience with functional and exploratory software testing
• Experience with test automation tools such as Postman, Playwright, and Cypress
• Knowledge of executing automated tests within CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Azure Test Plans for test management
• Ability to work with different productivity and workflow management tools, such as Azure DevOps
• A completed bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Ability to leverage generative AI tools to support testing activities and improve efficiency
• Experience with load, stress, and performance testing
• Knowledge of writing test scenarios using Gherkin syntax
• Basic knowledge of programming logic and API consumption
• Experience working in agile product development teams
• English proficiency
