Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with relevant subreddits in AI, filmmaking, and creative technology
• Build Flick's presence through authentic conversations and valuable contributions
• Drive organic traffic, signups, and user acquisition from Reddit
• Create engaging, Reddit-native posts and discussions
• Repurpose Flick's tutorials, filmmaking workflows, and creator content for Reddit
• Experiment with content strategies to maximize reach and engagement
• Track traffic, signups, and conversions to measure impact
• Monitor trends, competitor discussions, and user feedback to identify growth opportunities

Skills

• An active Reddit user with a strong understanding of subreddit culture, community dynamics, and what makes content resonate
• Experience growing Reddit accounts, communities, or driving organic traffic through Reddit
• Creative, resourceful, and comfortable experimenting with unconventional growth strategies
• Data-driven mindset with an interest in measuring engagement, traffic, and conversions
• Familiarity with AI tools, filmmaking, content creation, or creative technology is a plus
