Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NextLevel CRM is hiring a Customer Success Specialist to support insurance agents using its CRM. The role focuses on onboarding agents, setting up accounts, resolving issues, and responding to customer questions through tickets, email, and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding Zoom calls with new agents
• Set up new agent accounts inside the CRM
• Register business phone numbers so agents can text their leads (A2P texting registration)
• Work the support ticket queue
• Run support Zoom calls with agents who need help
• Answer support emails
• Fix and correct account problems

Skills

• 2+ years in customer support, customer success, or account management
• Excellent written and spoken communication
• A calm, professional manner, even with a frustrated customer
• Comfort learning new software quickly
• Strong attention to detail. Small mistakes in account setup cause big problems later
• You must live in the United States
• Experience with GoHighLevel (HighLevel) or a similar CRM
• Experience in the life or health insurance industry
• Experience with Meta (Facebook) Ads Manager
• Experience supporting software customers
