AppleOne Employment Services is partnering with a confidential organization to hire a Staff Accountant for a temporary project assignment. The role supports financial reporting, supplier management, reconciliations, and process improvement while working with finance and procurement teams.

Responsibilities

• Support financial reporting, accounting activities, and reconciliations
• Assist with supplier onboarding, maintenance, and ACH verification processes
• Analyze data, run reports, and research discrepancies
• Participate in system testing, process improvements, and special projects
• Provide administrative and operational support to finance and procurement teams

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with financial reporting, general ledger accounting, and reconciliations
• Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Workday experience is a plus
