Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hertz is a global vehicle rental company operating the Hertz, Dollar Car Rental, and Thrifty Car Rental brands. Hertz is seeking a Replacement Accounts Representative to serve as a liaison between Hertz and fleet companies, manage accounts, support rental operations, and help increase revenue and market share.

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of rental and fleet operating systems
• Support Fleet Account Managers by applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills to daily operations and customer needs
• Enhance training and facilitation skills by regularly conducting new-hire training sessions for Fleet Accounts
• Collaborate with a diverse team dedicated to delivering premier service to both internal and external customers
• Support Fleet partners throughout the rental lifecycle, from reservation creation through invoicing
• Learn to develop and implement process improvements that streamline tasks and increase operational efficiency
• Communicate professionally with Vice Presidents, C-suite executives, and other key stakeholders within client organizations

Skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Hertz Local Edition (HLE) and Hertz systems experience preferred
