Responsibilities

• Run free case reviews by phone and video
• Explain the firm's services and fees honestly and in plain words
• Sign clients and collect payment
• Follow the firm's written sales training and track your numbers every week

Skills

• A lawyer licensed in Texas and in good standing, with a State Bar of Texas number
• Someone people trust quickly, who listens more than they talk
• Comfortable asking a person for a decision
• Organized, on time and coachable
