Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. OZT AI Consulting is hiring a Sales Consultant to identify and qualify prospective clients and present its AI and automation solutions. The role manages leads and sales opportunities, closes new business, and coordinates with internal teams to support a positive client experience.

Responsibilities

• The Sales Consultant will prospect and qualify potential clients (identify what the business needs), and present OZT AI Consulting’s AI and automation solutions to decision-makers; warm leads from our pipeline and find new small business owners
• Daily activities include managing the sales pipeline, delivering tailored demos and proposals, negotiating terms, and closing new business
• The role also involves collaborating with consulting and operations teams to align client needs with service offerings, ensuring smooth handoffs and a positive client experience
• The consultant is expected to maintain accurate records in CRM tools, follow up consistently with leads, and represent the company professionally at meetings, events, and networking opportunities
• You book the formal discovery/review call; we handle the proposal, the build, and support

• Sales Consulting skills to identify client needs, recommend solutions, and drive commission-based deal closure
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build trust, manage expectations, and support long-term relationships
• Strong Communication and Consulting skills to explain AI and automation concepts clearly and guide clients through decision-making
• You're warm and confident on the phone
• You sell honestly and never promise results nobody has measured
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, SaaS, or professional services
• Comfort working in a commission-only structure with a results-oriented mindset
• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software)
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience is preferred
