Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tenth Revolution Group is recruiting on behalf of an unnamed client for a Senior Accountant - NetSuite. The role manages day-to-day accounting operations, maintains financial records, supports close activities across multiple entities, and helps improve scalable accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Process daily accounting transactions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, journal entries, and General Ledger activity
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Maintain accurate financial records across multiple business entities
• Prepare account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies as needed
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and accrual-based accounting principles
• Support intercompany accounting activities and reconciliations
• Assist with inventory and cost accounting processes within a manufacturing environment
• Support internal and external audit activities
• Partner with leadership to improve accounting workflows and financial controls
• Assist with financial reporting, analysis, and special projects
• Help develop scalable accounting processes to support continued organizational growth

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Active CPA designation
• 2+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience
• 2-4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and month-end close procedures
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Experience supporting multi-entity organizations
• Exposure to intercompany accounting transactions
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Cost accounting and inventory accounting experience
• Experience supporting organizations with government contracts or regulated environments
• Familiarity with AP automation and expense management tools
• Experience with payroll systems and related accounting processes
