Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Trevi Group is recruiting for an unnamed client, a publicly traded cybersecurity company. The Security Sales Engineer supports enterprise sales as a technical expert, helping customers assess security solutions through presentations, demonstrations, and Proofs of Concept.

Responsibilities

• This individual will work closely with Account Executives to uncover customer challenges, deliver presentations and demonstrations, lead Proofs of Concept, and help customers evaluate security and cybersecurity solutions

Skills

• 7+ years of Pre-Sales Engineering or Technical Sales experience
• 5+ years experience in security software products/solutions; e.g., cybersecurity, NDR, DDoS, network security, and/or cloud security
• Strong enterprise customer-facing experience
• Experience delivering technical presentations, demonstrations, and Proofs of Concept
• Solid understanding of: • Network Security (incident response, NDR, EDR, XDR, SOAR, Cyber Kill Chains) • Cisco Networking (switches, routers, gateways) • TCP/IP and Network Infrastructure (BGP, LAN, WAN, BGP FlowSpec, NetFlow)
