Daksta is recruiting for an unnamed client seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects in data centers and other mission-critical environments. The role manages project delivery from planning through commissioning and handover, including schedules, budgets, stakeholders, safety, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical construction projects within data centers and other mission-critical environments
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, procurement, and overall project performance
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and other project stakeholders
• Oversee electrical installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, quality standards, and safety requirements
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to maintain schedules and budgets
• Manage change orders, cost control, progress reporting, and project documentation
• Lead project teams and drive accountability throughout all phases of project delivery
• Ensure successful commissioning, testing, and handover of electrical systems

Skills

• Strong electrical background, ideally with experience working for an electrical contractor
• Demonstrated experience delivering data center or other mission-critical construction projects
• Experience managing complex electrical projects from planning through execution and completion
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, project scheduling, and cost management
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on safety, quality, and project delivery
• Ideally, 3+ years of project management experience in electrical construction
