NeerInfo Solutions is hiring a Senior SAP Project Manager to lead SAP implementations, S/4HANA transformations, rollouts, and enhancements. The role manages project planning, stakeholder communication, delivery, risks, budgets, resources, quality, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and senior client representatives
• Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables
• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and timelines
• Establish project governance, steering committee structure, and reporting cadence
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SAP Activate)
• Provide solution guidance on planning processes, KPIs, and best practices
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams
• Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and executive reviews
• Manage client expectations and provide executive-level communications
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead SAP implementations, S/4HANA transformations, rollouts, and enhancements
• Coordinate cross-functional SAP teams (SD, MM, FICO, PP, EWM, WM, Basis, Security, etc.)
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP and non-SAP applications
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
• Manage delivery bottlenecks and ensure appropriate contingency planning
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource planning
• Track project costs and control expenditures
• Ensure optimal utilization of internal and external resources
• Ensure compliance with SAP standards and organizational governance processes
• Oversee testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and cutover readiness
• Monitor quality metrics and project health indicators
• Coordinate organizational change management activities
• Ensure user training, adoption, and readiness plans are executed
• Support business transition and hypercare activities
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries
• Present progress updates, risks, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and steering committees
• Drive decision-making through data-driven project insights
