PCI Federal is seeking a Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Solutions Administrator to own, modernize, and scale its Microsoft 365 environment. The role administers SharePoint Online, builds Power Platform business solutions, leads Copilot and AI adoption, and works with internal teams to automate workflows securely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the configuration, security, and day-to-day administration of our enterprise SharePoint Online environment
• Design clear site structures, document libraries, metadata frameworks, and search navigation. Establish firm governance standards for site ownership and permissions
• Build and support custom business solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline corporate operations
• Seamlessly connect SharePoint and the Power Platform with Teams, Forms, Power BI, Entra ID, and Purview
• Identify practical ways to deploy Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI agents where they can add real operational value
• Handle SharePoint migrations, modernization projects, and external B2B collaboration scenarios safely
• Maintain clean technical documentation, test protocols, and training materials for end-users
• Ensure solutions follow appropriate security, access, information-management, governance, documentation, and support practices

Skills

• 7+ years of experience focused on Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online administration, and Power Platform automation
• Deep technical comfort designing enterprise-level SharePoint information architecture (metadata, inheritance, permissions, and advanced search)
• Proven track record of taking an automation project independently from initial requirements gathering through to deployment
• Excellent communication skills—you can talk tech with developers and business strategy with executives
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent hands-on professional experience)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or building AI-enabled knowledge bases
• Familiarity with GCC High or federal government contracting environments
• Experience with SharePoint migration tools (like ShareGate) and scripting via PowerShell, Power Fx, or Microsoft Graph APIs
• Active Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, M365 Security, or Identity administration
