[Remote] Senior Technical Product Manager

Remote · Denmark Full-time

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Engine is hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager to own key areas of its travel platform. The role leads platform strategy and roadmaps, translates partner and customer needs into technical requirements, and drives platform adoption, reliability, and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Own your platform end to end: Shape the strategy and roadmap for your area, and take it from requirements through launch and adoption
  • Define and measure success: Turn customer and partner needs into clear technical requirements, set the metrics that matter for your platform, from adoption to reliability, and use them to guide what you build next
  • Lead with technical depth: Get into the details of architecture, APIs, and system tradeoffs, and find where AI can make your platform smarter or more reliable
  • Balance long-term bets with near-term wins: Make hard prioritization calls between foundational platform investments and the customer and revenue outcomes the business needs now
  • Partner across the business: Work with data, product, and business teams, and explain what your platform does and why it matters to both technical and non-technical audiences

Skills

  • 5+ years in product management
  • You understand how complex systems work and can go deep with engineers on architecture and tradeoffs
  • You're a systems thinker with a sharp analytical toolkit (SQL, KPI definition, experimentation), and you can turn ambiguity into a crisp plan
  • You've shipped LLM-based tools or ML-adjacent products in production
  • You have conviction, you can tell an engineer or a partner "no" and explain why, and you keep the end customer in view even when you're deep in the technical work
  • Background in travel, marketplaces, or fintech

Benefits

  • Equity for all employees.
  • Some roles are also eligible for bonuses or commissions.
  • Hybrid-hub model: work in one of the offices or fully remote, depending on role needs.
