Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CoverMyMeds is seeking a Full Stack Developer for its FastAuth team. The role builds and supports applications that speed specialty prescription prior authorization, using web technologies, Azure cloud solutions, and event-driven integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, scalable web applications using TypeScript, React, and/or .NET
• Help implement Azure cloud solutions alongside senior engineers and architects
• Help build and maintain our event-driven architecture
• Turn complex business requirements into elegant, simple technical solutions
• Take an active part in code review and pairing, both giving and acting on feedback
• Deliver high-quality work at a predictable cadence
• Support what you build in production, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
• Participate in agile ceremonies, technical planning, and design reviews
• Leverage AI tools in your day-to-day development workflow

Skills

• Degree or equivalent experience, plus typically 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• 3+ years building and shipping production software applications
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React, and/or .NET
• Experience with Azure or another major cloud platform
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture concepts
• A track record of using AI tools effectively in your day-to-day development workflow
• Ability to own well-scoped work from refinement to production, and to raise questions early when requirements are unclear
• Consistent follow-through on commitments and a bias toward finishing work
• Collaborative approach to software development and problem solving
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve as the product does
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience

• Healthcare applications, particularly EHR integrations
• RPA technology
• FHIR standard, SMART on FHIR integrations, and healthcare data exchange
• Hands-on experience with Kafka or another event streaming platform
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Contributions to open source projects or developer communities
