The role includes analyzing financial information and tax documents, researching tax questions, and producing accurate work while meeting deadlines and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Work side-by-side with teammates to prepare tax returns for a variety of individuals and businesses
• Analyze financial information and tax documents to identify issues, research tax questions, and connect the dots
• Build your tax knowledge through hands-on experience, ongoing training, and mentorship from experienced tax professionals
• Develop your technical skills using platforms such as Excel, CCH Axcess Tax, Engagement, and other tax software
• Prepare accurate, high-quality work while meeting deadlines and following professional and industry standards

Skills

• A Bachelor's in Accounting
• Strong communication skills (Writing and Speaking)
• Tech-savvy with tools such as Excel & Word
