[Remote] Yardi Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tekgence Inc is seeking a Yardi Consultant to support and configure Yardi systems. The role focuses on reporting, user support, issue resolution, and setup of users, properties, and entities.
Responsibilities
- Experience supporting Yardi users and resolving functional/production issues
- Perform new user setup and configuration
- Perform property setup and configuration
- Perform entity setup and configuration
Skills
- 5+ Years
- Strong hands-on experience with YSR (Yardi Standard Reports) / Yardi reporting
- Strong functional and technical understanding of Yardi Voyager 7
- Experience with Voyager 8 Construction Manager
- Strong knowledge of Core Commercial
- Understanding of international accounting principles , including Tax/VAT
- Experience with Investment Management
- Knowledge of Job Cost and Construction Accounting
- Experience with Advanced Budgets
- Understanding of Fund Accounting
- Strong understanding of Yardi database structure
- Hands-on experience with SQL scripting and database queries
- Experience supporting Yardi users and resolving functional/production issues
