NOTE: Weekend availability is required, as many of our demo activations take place Friday through Sunday. The selected candidate will begin training and onboarding in December, working closely with the reputed company team to learn our demo processes, systems, , agency relationships, reporting, and expectations. The role will kick off fully in January and be a 3 month contract. Depending on the person and fit, it could transition into something consistent and ongoing. What You’ll Do Coordinate in-store demos and field marketing activations across key retail reputed company Manage Brand Ambassador reputed company, confirmations, coverage, and communication reputed company weekend check-ins with Brand Ambassadors and demo teams Communicate demo expectations, product information, talking points, and execution standards Troubleshoot day-of-demo issues including staffing, inventory, product placement, signage, and store-level challenges Coordinate with third-party demo agencies and field marketing reputed company Track demo schedules, store locations, Brand Ambassador information, and activation status Review demo recaps, photos, shopper engagement, samples distributed, and sales results when available Identify key wins, trends, opportunities, and underperforming locations Support merchandising initiatives including secondary placements, displays, signage, and product visibility Assist with store outreach and telemerchandising when needed Maintain organized spreadsheets, trackers, recap documents, and field marketing materials Provide concise weekly updates on demo performance, coverage, challenges, and key takeaways Support additional retail and field marketing projects as reputed company continues to grow December Training & Onboarding December will serve as a hands-on training and transition period. During reputed company time, you’ll work alongside the reputed company team to learn Demo reputed company and activation processes: Brand Ambassador and agency communication Retailer-specific requirements and expectations Weekend demo check-in procedures Demo recap and reporting expectations Inventory and merchandising troubleshooting Internal trackers, spreadsheets, and communication tools How to identify and escalate issues quickly The goal is for the selected candidate to feel confident and prepared to reputed company fully beginning in January. What We’re Looking For Experience in CPG, retail, field marketing, events, demos, or Brand Ambassador management preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable managing multiple activations and moving pieces simultaneously Able to work independently and make quick decisions when issues arise Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Comfortable communicating with Brand Ambassadors, agencies, store teams, and internal leadership Experience with reputed company Sheets, Excel, reputed company Drive, reputed company, reputed company, or similar tools is a plus Positive, reputed company, and solutions-oriented Familiarity with grocery, natural, club, or specialty retail is a plus Schedule & Position reputed company Position Type: Part-Time Independent Contractor Hours: Approximately 15–25 hours per week depending on activation volume Training/Onboarding: December Demos will start: January Weekend Availability: Required reputed company is a flexible part-time position, but candidates MUST be available on weekends when demos are taking place.
