To support the Workforce Management product stream, the full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer will build enterprise-scale solutions for forecasting, scheduling, and operational reporting in a remote environment using Java, Spring Boot, React, and TypeScript. Key responsibilities: Design and implement workforce planning and optimization capabilities using Java and Spring Boot Build microservices for various workforce management functionalities and develop responsive applications with TypeScript and React Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert needs into deliverable solutions and participate in code reviews and architecture discussions Required qualifications: 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development with ownership of production applications Strong understanding of workforce management concepts and experience with complex business rules engines Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST services, and frontend technologies like Angular or React Experience designing REST APIs and microservices in distributed environments Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases Experience: 8 years required
