Seeking a full-time Management Analyst - SME, Cyber Workforce, the candidate will design and establish frameworks and career pathways for the Cyber Talent Management Office while working in a hybrid remote and onsite environment near Fort Meade, MD. Key responsibilities Establish the DoD Cyber Workforce Framework as the common language for cyber work roles and align it with other frameworks Design proficiency-based cyber career paths and develop upskilling and reskilling training approaches to address workforce gaps Assist in drafting policies and strategic action plans to advance the workforce model and ensure data interoperability across systems Required qualifications Master's degree or PhD in a related field such as cybersecurity or human capital Minimum ten years of specialized experience in cyber workforce frameworks and workforce development, with five years at a senior/expert level Active TS/SCI clearance required Experience designing career pathways and drafting policy in a DoD or federal environment Working knowledge of workforce data standards and privacy protection requirements Experience: 3 years required
