PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: We are a creative agency. We know quality, and so do our clients. Do not apply if you are still finding your feet. We are looking for an AI-native motion graphics designer who uses AI tools to produce work that genuinely pushes creative boundaries. This is not a role for someone who prompts and exports. It is not a role for someone who animates frame by frame by hand. It is for someone who uses AI as a creative instrument and knows the difference. Creativity is the single most important thing we are looking for. The ability to iterate, try multiple variations, and arrive at something that feels original and considered. You must be able to work autonomously - we provide direction, you deliver. You will also be expected to produce graphic design and carousel content using AI image tools. Static and motion, equally strong. Claude graphic design references (the standard we produce internally - match or exceed this): https://www.instagram.com/reel/Ddbz2ZYIOnb/ https://www.instagram.com/reel/Dercj8YIitL/ https://www.instagram.com/reel/Dejfu8BD-X3/ https://www.instagram.com/reel/DcD4mcfIgey/ https://www.instagram.com/reel/Dei7wuDhJVx/ Graphic design references: https://www.instagram.com/p/DW2a7G1GPIK/ https://www.instagram.com/p/DVtsrTbCEEK/ https://www.instagram.com/p/DYwd3HjCKF8/ Review everything before applying. If your work is not at this level, this is not the right fit. To apply: Send your portfolio. Show us motion work and graphic/carousel work AND be prepared to make a reference reel using our direction & content.
