Efficient working of all phases of product development, prepare all artifacts and manage all communication to address all open questions between the business and engineering. Requirements gathering and detailed documentation for platform enhancements and integrations for assigned platforms, ensuring clarity and alignment between business and engineering. Should have worked on some of the IT apps like Salesforce, HCM, Financial applications Develop ways to capture product data, user behavior data, and changes to user behavior over time with business growth. Responsible for building and maintaining the relationship with the business stakeholders of the assigned platforms and stakeholders of the assigned activities. Jira Card development and updates. Build and iterate on rapid proof-of-concepts using AI coding assistants and agentic frameworks to turn ambiguous product ideas into working prototypes for stakeholder feedback. Background in Hospital, Medical, or Pharmaceuticals a plus but not a must. Knowledge of Cloud Technologies preferred. Required experience & competencies: Experience with enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Office 365, Azure) and/or DevOps/engineering environments preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications. Working knowledge of the Agile Software Development Methodology. Basic knowledge of AI Tools for generating product requirements documents and low fidelity prototyping. Proficient understanding of product development processes, technologies, and potential limitations. Proficient ability to understand and document detailed business requirements, ensuring clear communication between business stakeholders and engineering teams. Proficient ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Proficient ability to develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap. Proficient ability to effectively prioritize tasks and features to align with product goals. Proficient ability to manage product development projects, timelines, and resources. Proficient ability to understand the market, identify user needs, and competitive landscape. Basic knowledge of user experience principles.
