Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bevi is hiring an Associate Account Manager to support customers in its direct-to-customer markets. The role manages a portfolio of accounts, building customer satisfaction and retention while identifying opportunities for expansion, upgrades, and product adoption.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Identify opportunities for upgrades, expansions, or new product adoption within existing accounts
• Build relationships with key contacts and act as their go-to resource for Bevi product knowledge
• Maintain regular touchpoints with customers through email, phone, and video check-ins
• Track all account activity and renewal data in Salesforce with precision and accountability
• Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to resolve customer needs and identify growth opportunities
• Participate in trainings and mentorship opportunities to build skills in consultative selling and customer success

Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing role
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
• Curious, eager to learn, and driven by helping customers succeed
• Passion for sustainability and enthusiasm for Bevi's mission
• Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus
