They are seeking an Experienced Consultant who will analyze data, engage with client teams, and implement solutions to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Work on-site to understand performance issues and causes of lost time on the production line, analyze historic production, waste and/or financial data
• Prepare client presentations, develop performance measurements and other analytical tools
• Train and coach the client team on the new strategic approach

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field
• Drive and energy to achieve results
• Exceptional listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Thrive in a team environment and effectively collaborate with others
• Analytical mind with a natural technical problem-solving ability
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to explain ideas and concepts clearly
