Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Gallagher is hiring a Sales Executive to grow its Property & Casualty business and build new and existing client relationships. The role provides consultative insurance advice, manages and expands client accounts, and develops tailored coverage and risk management recommendations throughout Northern California.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow trusted relationships with clients and prospects, serving as their primary insurance advisor and strategic partner
• Manage and expand a portfolio of accounts, helping clients understand coverage options, renewal strategies, and risk management solutions
• Identify opportunities to deepen client partnerships by proactively recommending enhancements and solutions that address evolving business needs
• Deliver exceptional client service by ensuring a responsive, accurate, and seamless experience throughout the client lifecycle
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to uncover needs, present tailored solutions, and help clients make informed decisions about their insurance programs
• Maintain a strong presence within your territory through regular client meetings, networking, and ongoing relationship-building
• Analyze client objectives, exposures, and insurance programs to develop customized recommendations that align with their goals and budgets
• Collaborate with carrier and internal partners to secure competitive coverage options and deliver value-driven solutions
• Leverage market insights and industry trends to help clients navigate changing business and economic environments
• Stay current on industry developments and licensing requirements, continuously enhancing your expertise and consultative value
• Develop a deep understanding of your territory and target market, allowing you to cultivate new opportunities and strengthen your local presence

Skills

• Insurance industry experience required
